Qingdao Leading Intelligent Construction New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is jointly invested and constructed by Shandong Leader Technology Group Co., Ltd., Qingdao NMEI Group Co., Ltd., and Pingdu Huiping Agricultural Comprehensive Development Co., Ltd. The park was established at the end of 2020, with a total planned land area of 40 Hacters and a total investment of 1 billion yuan. The first phase of the project covers an area of 13.75 hacters, with a total planned investment of 500 million Chinese Yuan. It is divided into two factory areas, the north and south, and is listed as a major project in Shandong Province in 2021.

Leading Intelligent Manufacturing takes "technological innovation" and "industry university research application" as the leading ideas, is committed to building a circular economy system and industrial solid waste resource utilization, and has created the Qingdao Pingdu Green New Building Materials Industrial Park Solid Waste Comprehensive Utilization Demonstration Project with energy-saving and environmentally friendly materials, prefabricated building and decoration materials, and intelligent green building materials as the core.

After the planned project reaches full production capacity, it will process 1.6 million tons of urban mineral resources annually, with an annual output value of 780 million Chinese yuan. While continuously improving its own research and development capabilities, it also engages in technology research and resource integration with universities and institutes, committed to leading industries such as "solid waste utilization" and "green building materials", aiming to create a sustainable circular economy model characterized by resource regeneration and high-value utilization of solid waste. The company is the main drafting unit for the group standards of "Green Ecological Aggregate Concrete Kerbstone" (T/SDGSY14-2023, T/SDMAS002-2023), and is responsible for the comprehensive development and construction of new green building materials and industrial parks in the company's industrial layout.

The main products of the green building materials sector include fireproof insulation materials, wall decorative panels, and various ecological bricks and stones for highways and roads. The technologically advanced intelligent manufacturing production line ensures efficient production capacity, with an annual production capacity of 300000 cubic meters for fireproof insulation materials, 5 million square meters for wall decoration panels, 1 million square meters for ecological paving bricks, and 1.2 million meters for ecological curbstones. All of these products have obtained green building material product certification.

Qingdao Leading Intelligent Construction New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established on August 28, 2020.

2021

On June 3, 2021, the construction of the Pingdu Green New Building Materials Industrial Park project on the island began.

2022

On August 10, 2022, the southern factory area of the industrial park was completed.

On September 9, 2022, the installation and commissioning of the production line equipment in the painting workshop were completed, and production officially began.
