Leader Calcium Silicate Boards are manufactured with the sintering-free, light, and green production process developed by the Company, which outperform the gypsum plasterboards, calcium silicate boards, aluminous gusset plates, carpenter's plywood, etc. currently available in the market. The product features a light weight, high strength, resistance to dampness and flame, and good reprocessability, superior to traditional boards in price-performance ratio and marking the upgrade in boards.

Leader Calcium Silicate Board is a new green&environmental material introduced from korea obedience to the city building style. It improved the natural mode of china city building. PFB board is produced by high temperature&high pressure used in interior wall decoration.The surface don't need any treatment. Easy for construction, save time and save the cost. Also keep the natural texture and color.

Fire-proof Rate: A-Class incombustible (GB8624-1997)
Incombustibility(min): 240 minutes (GB/T9978-1999)
Water content : ≤30%
Swelling ratio: ≤0.4%
Anti-bending Strength: ≥16MPA
Frost resistance: Don't appear cracking and delamination after 25 cycles of freezing and thawing . (GB/T7019-1997)

Q1: Are you a manufacture or trader?

Q2: How can you control your quality?
A2: For each production processing, Leader Group has complete QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties. After production, all the goods will be tested, and the quality certificate will be issued along with that batch of goods.
Q3: What is your lead time?
A3: It usually needs about 10- 15 days after confirmation of your deposit payment.
Specific time depends on order items and quantity.
Q4: What is your term of delivery?
A4: We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP etc. Choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
Q5: Do you provide free samples?
A5: Yes, free samples are available, generally speaking, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.
Q6: Can you manufacture products according to sample?
A6: Yes, We can produce by your sample or technical drawing.
We have R&D team, we can also help to develop new molds and texture.
Q7: What is your payments terms?
A7: We prefer 30% deposit, 70% balance before loading and delivery to the port, or by the LC, or other negotiable payment terms. We will show you photos and packages when loading materials into containers.
